Broken Arrow Nurseries started out as a Christmas tree farm but has grown to much more in the last 60+ years. The nursery section of the business began in 1984 and now features more than 1,500 offerings. Unlike most nurseries, Broken Arrow itself grows most of the plants it sells. The nursery now has two locations in Hamden: this one, on Broken Arrow Road, and another on Evergreen Avenue, which sells primarily Christmas trees.
