Partnerships in Learning and Creative Exploration

Located in the shopping plaza at the corner of Dixwell and Evergreen. The entrance is next door to Meadowbrook Wine & Spirits. Partnerships in Learning and Creative Exploration is a non-profit consortium of public and private organizations whose goal is to promote diversity in the arts. Its museum at Meadowbrook Park and art studio on Dixwell Avenue offers space to grow in knowledge about different cultures through "art, play and interactive exploration."
