Whether at the home of a friend or relative, sooner or later their child will come across a firearm. It may not be until they are an adult, but proper training at a young age may make the difference between a benign experience or a tragic one.
As a former USAF firearms instructor, and life member of the NRA, I highly recommend the Eddie Eagle course mentioned in the article.

If you are ever…Read More hanging around with your friends and one of them starts showing off his gun or passing it around, leave. Just leave. Get up, walk out, and go somewhere else. Displaying a firearm in that manner indicates that the owner, or holder, of it is irresponsible and does not have a clue about firearm safety. the real pros - the real experts - are not casual about handling firearms, they are careful and disciplined and never show them off or pass them around.

Many children play outside of school how would they make sure they have proper data. Maybe they should document something that they can be sure that the info they use is correct.

That would mean this would be a common occurrence. I'll be going to Pittsburgh baby. We get to root for two teams, until they play each other I hope, then my allegiance is to the Bobcat's, my daughter is an alum and I'd get my butt kicked. Not to mention I'm a season ticket holder. Congratulations to QU and Yale and thanks for a great season of hockey.
