For more than 60 years Paier College of Art has educated artists at its Hamden facility. Over that time the tools of…More the trade have expanded from paint and pencils to computer graphics, that in itself has become an art form. The school has responded with state-of-the-art computer labs in addition to traditional classrooms. </p> <p>But it hasn't left behind the basics -- pencil, pen, brush and camera, which dominate the school's introductory curriculum that also includes a broad liberal arts education. The school offers bachelor's and associate's degrees in fine arts.</p>
