Quinnipiac is in the process of expanding to two new campuses, the 250-acre York Hill Campus located roughly a mile away from the main quad and home to the first major wind farm incorporated into an American university, and the North Haven Graduate Campus, which began housing the school's numerous graduate programs in 2010. Quinnipiac University also operates the nationally renowned Quinnipiac Polling Institute, which conducts widely cited public opinion polls on politics and public policy.
