From the Hamden Police Department:
On August 19th Hamden Police responded to a Circular Avenue residence on the report of a missing teen.
Officers learned that 14 year-old resident Emma Tobin had left her residence at approximately midnight. Hamden Police Department, Hamden Fire Department and members of the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) have begun searching for her in the area of Lake Wintergreen.

Emma Tobin is described as a 14 year-old white female, 5’6”, 130 lbs., dirty blonde hair, hazel eyes, possibly wearing an orange and black-colored shirt, blue jeans and black-colored high-top sneakers.
